Born in the French Caribbean, my journey began far from the Alps, but it didn't take long to find the path. In Annecy, France, surrounded by mountains and tradition, I discovered raclette. Not just the dish, the ritual, the energy, the communal weight behind every serving.

It was there I saw it done right. Large raclette stations, long queues, a silent understanding between people sharing something real. That momemt stayed with me.
